The Righteous
After leaving the church to raise a family, former priest Frederic Mason (Henry Czerny) and his wife Ethel (Mimi Kuzyk) are gripped by guilt and tragedy following the death of their child. One evening, the couple is visited at their home by a mysterious stranger (Mark O’Brien) who is not all that he appears. Over the course of the night, the ex-priest will come face to face with the wrath of a vengeful god. Written, directed, and starring Mark O’Brien (Ready or Not, Marriage Story, Arrival), The Righteous marks his feature directorial debut.
